All our trees are freshly cut especially for us. We stop taking orders on the Monday before the collection date to allow the team at the Christmas tree farm enough time to get all the trees cut. All trees are offered subject to availability. To make sure we cut one for you then please place your order before the deadline, as advertised on your chosen collection site’s product page. However, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your trees then simply contact us on 0345 111 8733 or email email@example.com. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know by seven days prior to collection or delivery. Please reply to the confirmation email we sent you, or to firstname.lastname@example.org. All profits from the sales of Caring Christmas Trees go to support the work of the Bethany Christian Trust.
If you have ordered a tree for collection, it will only be available from your chosen collection location, at your chosen collection time. If you are unable to attend your chosen collection location, please contact us immediately on 0345 111 8733 or email email@example.com.
Delivery trees will be delivered between 9am-5pm on your chosen delivery day. If you will not be able to be in and receive your tree in person, please contact us immediately on 0345 111 8733 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
