Keeping You Safe

The safety of our customers and our volunteers when picking up trees is more important than ever. We’re still operating at most of the same sites as previous years, but obviously we will need to implement safety measures for customers and volunteers alike.

Important Note For Tier 4 Regions: Under Tier 4 regulations click and collect shopping is permitted by government regulation so we are still able to operate all of our collection locations with all of the safety precautions below in place. Further, delivery will still be available to those who may be shielding as a contactless option.

Please would you follow these steps to ensure safety for you and for those around you.

Wear a Mask

Although we’re outdoors at our collection sites, some interactions may be harder to do with social distancing in place. As such, we ask all of our volunteers and customers to wear a mask while on the collection site.

Minimise Numbers

Picking up a tree with your whole family can be a fun experience but unfortunately in current circumstances it’s impractical. Please bring the minimum amount of people necessary from your household for the safe transportation of the tree – our volunteers will be on hand to help you move the tree, too.

Stay Distanced

While waiting in a queue to pick up a tree, please observe the floor signage to ensure that you stay at a distance of two metres from other customers.

Track and Trace

We will record the times that customers arrive in order to alert them if necessary. We will use the information from your purchase online to get in touch if required.
