Payment
You can order and pay online by Credit Card or Debit Card. All trees must be paid for prior to acceptance of order. If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us. 

 

Our Trees
All of our trees are freshly cut especially for us. We stop taking orders on the Monday before the collection date to allow the team at the Christmas tree farm enough time to get all the trees cut. All trees are offered subject to availability. To make sure we cut one for you, please place your order seven days prior to the collection date.

Satisfaction guarantee
We are confident that you will be delighted with our fresh, local Nordmann Fir trees. However, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your trees, simply contact us on 0345 111 8733 or email info@caringchristmastrees.com. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by seven days prior to collection or delivery. Please reply to the confirmation email we sent you, or send a new email to info@caringchristmastrees.com. All profits from the sales of Caring Christmas Trees go to support the work of the Bethany Christian Trust.

 

Data protection
We will keep a record of your contact details for the purposes of processing your order and any follow up customer service requirements. We may also use this information to send you additional information from Caring Christmas Trees and Bethany Christian Trust.

If you wish to be included in these mailings, please indicate this on the tick-box on the ordering page. You can unsubscribe at any time from any e-mails we send you by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail.

Caring Christmas Trees will not transfer your personal data to any third party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

All credit card transactions are carried out securely. We use Wix Payments and Stripe for our payment systems, which have been tested and verified as acceptable by an independent assessment company, making them compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
