Can I speak to a real person?
Yes, you can! Our Tree Order Hotline is 0345 111 8733, and the lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
Can I order a tree for delivery?
Yes! We understand that this year you may not want to visit a collection site – we can get your trees delivered, you can order online or call up our team and choose your tree and delivery date. Find out more here.
When is the deadline for ordering a collection tree?
The deadline for ordering a collection tree is noon on the Monday before the weekend you collect.
This means the deadlines are :
Monday 29th November for collection on 3rd and 4th December
Monday 6th December for collection on the 11th December
Can I change my size of tree after ordering?
If you make this decision before our order deadline, we can refund your original order and you can place a new one.
I missed the deadline, can I still order?
Unfortunately, the deadline is fixed, as we need to give the farm enough time to chop the trees down for our order and give the trees a chance to rest so that they don’t drop their needles when moving indoors.
What do I need to bring with me to the collection site?
Bring your confirmation email with you, on your phone or printed out, to ensure that we give you the right size of tree at the right time.
Can I choose my tree?
Yes! You’ll be shown a variety of trees in the size that you ordered. Pick the one you want and our volunteers will net it for you.
Is it still safe to pick up a tree during the pandemic?
We’re taking every precaution to make sure that you will have a safe experience when collecting your tree. All our sites our outdoors with plenty of room to remain distanced, and we will remain in line with current Government guidance.
