Our Trees
All our trees are freshly cut especially for us. We stop taking orders on the Monday before the collection date to allow the team at the Christmas tree farm enough time to get all the trees cut. All trees are offered subject to availability. To make sure we cut one for you then please place your order seven days prior to the collection date.​

Satisfaction guarantee
We are confident that you will be delighted with our fresh, local Nordmann Fir trees. However, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your trees, then simply contact us on 0345 111 8733 or email info@caringchristmastrees.com. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know seven days prior to collection or delivery. Please reply to the confirmation email we sent you, or directly email info@caringchristmastrees.com.

Collection

If you have ordered a tree for collection, it will only be available from your chosen collection location, at your chosen collection time. If you are unable to attend your chosen collection location, please contact us immediately on 0345 111 8733 or email info@caringchristmastrees.com.

Delivery
Delivery trees will be delivered between 9am-5pm on your chosen delivery day. If you will not be at home to receive your tree, please contact us immediately on 0345 111 8733 or email info@caringchristmastrees.com.

Walk-ins

If you didn't order in time to book a collection or delivery slot, but you would still like to order a tree, please call us on 0345 111 8733 to discuss collection or walk in options at our office premises on Bonnington Road.
