Returns, Refunds and Order Changes
The order deadlines are:
Friday 25th of November for collection on the 3rd of December
Friday 2nd of December for collection on the 9th and 10th of December
To request a change to your order, a refund or a replacement, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (0345 111 8733)
If you need to cancel your order and would like a refund, this must be requested before the order deadline for your chosen collection date. We cannot refund a purchase prior to collection if the order deadline has passed.
After collection, if your tree suddenly loses all of it's needles or you have an issue with it's quality, we can provide you with a refund or replacement tree.
If you need to change your order (change collection site or tree size, or add a tree stand to your order) this is possible if requested before the order deadline. It is not possible to change collection site or tree size after the order deadline for your chosen collection date.
If you need to change the date of your collection, this must be requested before the first order deadline.
