If you need to cancel your order and would like a refund, this must be requested seven days prior to your collection or delivery date.

After collection, if your tree suddenly loses all of its needles or you have an issue with its quality, we can provide you with a refund or replacement tree.

If you need to change your order (change collection site or tree size, or add a tree stand to your order), this is possible if requested seven days prior to your collection or delivery date.

If you need to change the date or time of your collection, this must be requested seven days prior to your collection date. If you would like to change the date of your delivery, please get in touch with us. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
